Born in Montevideo and raised in Buenos Aires, he is a true Rioplatense whose dream job is to be the next Bizarre Food´s host. As a chef and certified food critic he is the man behind the Instagram Ni Comida Ni Comedia. He's always hungry for more, be it knowledge or food. This year he is studying to become a Sommelier, so believe him when he says: this is just the beginning.
