This week there are workshops and cheeses and food fairs galore. Get out there and support those local vendors, creators, food-appreciators! Here’s our weekly roundup of where to go and what to eat in Buenos Aires.
Have you ever been to brunch at Salvaje? Did you think about that sunflower cheese everyday for the next three weeks? Us too. There’s no better time than the present to be proactive and learn how to be self-sufficient. This workshop will teach you all about making vegan cheeses, like an almond ricotta and a queso crema we’re just hoping is made of sunflower.
