Chef Sofía Vega from Cocinar es divertido is giving a workshop in Estilo Veggie to jumpstart a healthier life. Eating as a path where we want to feel better by understanding what our body needs and how to give it to it. Topics to be developed are: what is a nutritional transition?; palate cleansing, knowing new flavors; alkaline food; how to replace dairy products; how to deal with gluten addiction; a combination of food: how to put together a vegetarian dish; intestinal transit; regularization; star foods and their use, and tools to organize ourselves in the kitchen. Vegan Gluten-Free Cooking Workshop
In this educational vegan and tacc-free cooking workshop, with a focus on childhood, attendees will be taught simple recipes with accessible, affordable ingredients. Everything that will be prepared has been specially selected to please the little ones: simple flavors and foods that are delicious but still vegan, such as vegan milks, healthy anti-Nesquik chocolate, nutritious truffles, vegan tortillas (potato, vegetable, whatever you want!), natural ketchup, gluten-free pizza dough, “muzza and cheddar cheese” and flour-free brownies.
