Gourmet Dinner With Iwao
Iwao Komiyama prepares an special dinner. With a welcome drink (Absolut Sake Sour); an appetizer of shrimp and salmon ceviche with Andean potatoes and nikkei sauce; and entrees of prawns and salmon rolls with a passion fruit sauce; kovil steer nigiris with nikkei sauce; a salmon, avocado and cream cheese dish; marinated pork loin, stir-fried vegetables in a sour-sweet sauce with almonds and crispy potatoes; dessert; and Chivas Penicilin (Chivas Extra, lemon, honey, ginger) to finish.
